Textured paper tape is a roll-shaped adhesive tape made of textured paper and pressure-sensitive adhesives on beauty paper and pressure-sensitive adhesive on the other side to prevent adhesive materials. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, good chemical solvent resistance, high adhesion, soft adhesive and tearing without residue. The industry is commonly known as beauty paper pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. It has good toughness and strength, the colloid is striped, the patch is soft, and has good stability and weather resistance. Suitable for electronics, hardware, decoration and other industries. 

 Textured paper tape is the kind of tape that we use most in die-cutting production, but we often encounter a problem, that is, the textured paper tape is upturning. 

 The problem of high-temperature textured paper tape 

 The following is an analysis of the common causes of warping in daily use of six-temperature textured paper tape and the corresponding solutions: 

 Reason 1 for warping: 

 Insufficient glue viscosity:

 Materials with higher viscosity should be selected;

 Insufficient pressure on the labeling machine:

 It's still a matter of glue viscosity. Choose the glue material with the appropriate viscosity.

 When choosing a labeled surface material, you should consider whether the labeled object is a plane or a curved surface, whether it is a single surface or a spherical surface, whether it is a large diameter or a small diameter, and whether it is rigid or a compressible deformable. These factors are related to the selection of surface materials. Soft materials can be selected from materials such as PE, PVC, unstretched PP, and soft materials synthesized by PE and PP. Materials with high hardness of PET, BOPP and PS can be selected. 

 Reason 4 for warping: 

 Inappropriate selection of adhesive: 

 Solution 4: 

 When choosing self-adhesives, it is first necessary to clarify whether the adhesive required for the self-adhesive label is pasted once or re-adhesable, permanent or removable, and whether the product has any special requirements for the chemical characteristics of individual dry adhesive label adhesives. For example, when labeling large curvature surfaces, thin film or soft paper materials and adhesives with high initial viscosity should be selected, and paper materials with heavy or hard materials (such as mirror copperplate paper) should not be selected. For containers that need to be hot filling, adhesive materials should choose film materials and adhesives with good initial viscosity; 

Reason 5 for warping: 

 The laminated tension control is not good. After the label with too tight coating tension is removed from the back of the backing paper, resulting in the phenomenon of degumming and warping of the edge of the label after labeling. 

 Solution 5: 

 After the correctly coated label is removed from the backing paper, it is flat, and the label can maintain good followability without curling and labeling. 

 Reason 6 for warping: 

 The shape design of the bottle is unreasonable. If the surface of the bottle body sticker range is partially spherical, the area will be marked with a large area when using paper labeling, and the lower end of the labeling is easy to wrinkle on both sides. 

 Solution 6: 

 A reasonable design should be a flat surface within the range of the bottle. 

 Beautiful paper tape is often used. If it is put on for too long and damp, it will not stick so well and maintain the stickiness of textured paper tape for a long time. 

 So what problems will affect the continuous adhesiveness of textured paper tape? 

 1. Electronegative properties of adhesives and adhesives 

 The electronegativity is the electrostatic electricity between two substances with opposite charge. Acid substances are generally positive, and alkalinity is negative. According to the principle of positive and negative attraction, the greater the electronegativity between the adhesive and the adhesive, the tighter the stickiness will be. 

2. Degree of difference 

 In fact, the degree of acid-base difference mainly refers to the difference in PH pH between the two substances. The greater the difference, the better the bonding will become. 

 3. High temperature 

 Generally speaking, in a high-temperature environment for a long time, textured paper tape items will slowly decrease with time, which is also a factor that will affect the continuous viscosity of textured paper tape. 

 4. Low temperature and deep cold 

 When the tape reaches minus 253°C, its adhesive wine will decrease, which is also a factor that will affect the continuous adhesion of this tape. 

 5. Moisture and immersion 

 Humidity affects the bond strength in two ways. If the textured paper tape loses its strength and hardness due to hydrolysis in a humid and hot environment, it will even liquefy in serious cases. Water will also penetrate into the adhesive layer and replace the adhesive of the adhesive interface. Therefore, when the adhesive strength decreases when wet, it will affect the adhesiveness of the tape.

 First, pinch the pair and then quickly pull it open. You can separate the glue on one side, and you can see the purity and transparency of the original film. The most important thing is to see the thickness of the glue. If the glue is not pulled apart or dotted, there are a lot of impurities in this glue, and the glue has no cohesive force. 

Second, too much moisture has been evaporated. At this time, the initial adhesive force of this tape has dropped sharply, and the feel can be distinguished. The color of the whole roll of good tape is not much different from the color of the one after pulling, because the good tape has strong obscuring, and there is no color superposition. 

 III. Look at the surface of the tape. When the tape is first striped into finished products, there are bubbles. After a week of placement, the bubbles will basically disperse. The surface of the tape with pure tincture glue is smooth without any white spots. There are many irregular white spots in the tape mixed with impurities. It is different from bubbles. 

 IV. When choosing tape, you must clearly see the width of beautiful textured paper tape and the thickness of the tape. The tape and paper tubes produced by formal enterprises use high-density paper tubes, and the thickness of the paper tubes below 100 meters are 3 mm, and those with a thickness of more than 100 meters are 4-5 mm. Small enterprises use thick paper tubes for masking consumption, which usually reach a thickness of 5-7 mm, which is relatively large in appearance, but the glue thickness is obviously compared. 

 V. Don't feel the viscosity by the touch alone, because the initial viscosity of the doped tape is very high when there is no volatilization. You need to paste objects with tape and quickly pull them open to see the retention force. If you paste it several times and then touch it by hand, it will obviously reduce your sense.
